What does the journey from A->B look like?
Our custom programs are 100% tailored to your specific lifestyle and goals. Every fitness journey is different, which is why all of our programs are individually unique. Our process is pretty simple. We assess, we plan, you execute, and we track progress. The first step in your journey with A->B Fitness is the Assessment.
What is the Assessment?
The Assessment is where we take an honest look at your lifestyle inclusive of daily habits, likes, dislikes, activity levels, and diet. We compare this to your fitness goals and create an exercise plan and dietary guidance plan that will deliver healthy and sustainable results.
What will you need to provide for the best assessment:
Your fitness goals, height, weight, measurements, daily steps, food diary, and training routine (if you have one).
Below is an example provided from one of my most successful clients Diana V. at the start of her Assessment.

Stats: Age 31/ weight 150lbs/ height 5’3/ bust measurement 36”/ waist measurement 30”/ hip measurement 40”
Goals: lose 15lbs, more energy, more stregnth
Activity/ Food Diary:
Activity: 4.1k steps on average daily/ gym 2X per week/ 1 HIIT class per week
Food:
Breakfast: White chocolate mocha/ ham and cheese croissant
Lunch: Salad with chicken, avocado, and dressing
Mid day snack: green smoothie, coffee cake
Dinner: pasta with meat sauce and garlic bread
Dessert: chocolate cover pretzels
Snacks: yogurt, pita chips, and almonds
The above is a great example of an honest and thorough client Assessment which is key in helping us create an effective program specific to YOU! Once we have your Assessment we create your fitness plan.
What is included in your A->B fitness plan:
A 3-5 day training plan (home based and/ or gym based). Your training block will be sent via a user friendly link with exercise demos. Training programs are developed in 4 week blocks allowing progressive overload which drives results!
Nutrition guidance complete with daily calorie targets, personalized macro targets, suggested grocery list, and healthier fast foods options.
A daily activity target (i.e a daily step target).
Weekly check-ins where we track and measure your progress.
Monthly 1 on 1 coaching calls where we discuss your progress as well as next steps in the journey.
